I have been in business myself for over 43 years and when I look for a contractor the most important issue is not necessarily money, but who the owner is. I have known Matthew K. owner for over 12 years he has done work for me and I have done work for him. He is a man of honor and great integrity, to me that's what is the most important thing. Yes the work completed met all my expectations. I don’t rate him and his company a 5 star I rate him as a 10 star company. God has Blessed his business, family and employees. !!!!

I had over 30 years in construction. We hired Coconut Bay to do our kitchen remodel. From Herman who made a couple of excellent suggestions to the kitchen layout to Brian the lead carpenter who took the time to do it right and pay attention to detail to Jeremy who co-ordinated the project I found the employees to be skilled and professional. We would definitely hire them again.

Coconut Bay Construction was a pleasure to work with from beginning to the end. We could not be happier. Because we live 2,600 miles away, we were a bit nervous at the beginning, but Coconut Bay Constructions (CBC) communicated extremely well, was responsive and efficient. Every time we were undecided, Matt Krupka and his team were very helpful and willing to share their expertise and guidance. Thanks to their online app Buildertrend, we had access to every day’s schedule and received frequently pictures of the construction site, documenting the progress of our house build. Matt Krupka’s attention to detail, work ethic and high expectations of all his contractors resulted in building an amazing and beautiful home. Not to forget, the construction of our home started during a pandemic and yet it was finished ahead of schedule. Important to every project is budget. Before we started, we heard people saying budget always gets out of hand and people ended up paying way more than expected. Not at Coconut Bay Construction. We paid exactly what we agreed on. If there were any extras or changes, Matt Krupka and his team worked with us to make it work. We absolutely 100% made the right choice in choosing Coconut Bay Construction! We highly recommend them.

We built our dream home with Coconut Bay Construction in Cape Coral and couldn’t be happier with the result. The support during the building process was great and the quality of the finished house in every detail is on a really high level - even compared to European (Switzerland) standard. We had Coconut Bay do a major remodel of two bathrooms and several smaller jobs around our investment property. I could not be happier with the work that they provided. They have an amazing team that from start to finish were a pleasure to work with. We used Coconut Bay Construction to build a 2 family unit home. It was a wonderful experience -with amazing results. Our home is well-built, done on time, quiet and attractive. We have lived in the home full time for 3 years now and would use Coconut Bay again anytime. We highly recommend Matt and his crew. We have nothing but high respect for this company.

We have our home build by Coconut Bay Construction and could only monitor it from oversees. During the work all was perfectly cleaned up, scheduling was on time, communication and service were very good and quality in the end was unbelievable. No snag list !

We hired Coconut Bay Construction to build our new home in Cape Coral. It has been a great experience. Especially because we live overseas it was extremely important to find a builder that would also be a good project manager, who was trustworthy and who would build the style we like (European style). Coconut Bay Construction has been that party for us. They communicated on a day-to-day basis with us through an online system. We received photos everyday of the progress, so we were up-to-date. When there was a construction issue, they contacted us to discuss this and then we were able to find a solution. It's a company I would highly recommend as they do what they say, they built our house on time and they are pleasant in their communication.
